If you're looking for a unique and fulfilling volunteer opportunity, consider joining us at the Llama Traditional Farm & building project. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to help with herding llamas and assisting in the creation of a greenhouse in the highlands. Our farm operates in harmony with the ancestral traditions of the Andes, embracing the Inka spiritual practices that emphasize a deep connection with Mother Earth. Volunteers will have the chance to learn and work on the land using ancient techniques, gaining a profound appreciation for sustainable agriculture and traditional Andean culture. Whether you're passionate about environmental stewardship or cultural preservation, your contributions will be invaluable in supporting our mission. Join us in this enriching experience and become part of a community dedicated to honoring the wisdom of the past while building a sustainable future.
Embarking on a journey to learn permaculture and sustainability through the lens of the Andean people offers a unique opportunity to connect with both the land and its spiritual essence. In the ancestral traditions of the Andes, particularly the Inka way, there is a deep, intrinsic connection between humans and Pachamama (Mother Earth). This holistic approach to living emphasizes harmony with nature and reverence for all living things. By immersing yourself in this way of life, you not only gain practical skills in sustainable agriculture and ecological design but also develop a profound spiritual understanding of how to live in balance with the environment. This experience can transform your perspective, fostering a sense of gratitude and responsibility toward the planet.

The INTI NAN’I Yachaywasi (Inka Knowledge Center) Project is an opportunity initiated by Inti Muju & Antaurko Patsakamaq with the goal of preserving and revitalizing the original knowledge and wisdom held by Inka indigenous communities. It is a wonderful opportunity to be part of collective healing and learn about ancient cultures, traditions, and practices that point us on how to become a better human being, remembering our true nature on this planet. In Yachaywasi Project, we can learn how to "just be ourselves" , how to flow with nature, learn some sustainable ways of being while dedicating our energy for the wellness of All beings and the future generations to come.
The Yachaywasi Project involves construction of a Knowledge Center, also a temple of the Sacred Fire using ancient and sustainable techniques in collaboration with Mother Nature and like-minded individuals, in a good way. In Yachaywasi, volunteers will learn some basic principles in life like, how to connect, commune and work with Mother Nature and Guardians of the Land; how to collaborate with others for a common cause in a good way; learn some sustainable ways of building sacred spaces; and an opportunity to know more about our existence on this planet.
The project site is located on the high plains of Peru (La Puna) sitting at 4080 mt above sea level, right on the Andes Mountain Ranges. Currently, we are calling for open-minded and open-hearted individuals to volunteer and partake in the Yachaywasi Project. Specifically the project includes but not limited to the following:
